Our story
Born in Costa Rica. Inspired by the world.

ML Hospitality began with a simple question: why shouldn’t a destination as beautiful as Costa Rica be matched by an equally thoughtful, personal level of hospitality?
The answer became ML: a boutique approach that brings together international service standards, trusted local knowledge, and the unmistakable warmth of Costa Rica, so every guest can experience the country in a way that feels entirely their own.
The founder
Maria Love
Maria is the human soul behind ML. Years spent abroad showed Maria different standards and expressions of hospitality. Back in Costa Rica, she saw the opportunity to bring international-level personalization together with the warmth, freshness and Pura Vida spirit of home.
ML is personal, and it is built as a brand that can grow. What stays constant is the standard Maria and Doris set: a destination this beautiful deserves an equally thoughtful, personal layer of hospitality.
The founders
Two sisters behind ML.
Maria Love and Doris Miranda Love founded ML Hospitality together. Guests talk to ML Hospitality on one channel.

Lead with character. Driven by passion.
This is how the people of ML lead, and how they look after you: character first, and a real passion for the guest in front of them.
The ML Way
Known. Anticipated. Cared for.
How ML turns personal knowledge into thoughtful, intuitive hospitality before, during, and after the stay.
Know
Learn what matters to the guest: preferences, pace, celebrations, privacy, tastes, dislikes, and the small details that shape how they want to travel.
Anticipate
Think one step ahead so the guest does not have to manage their own vacation.
Curate
Filter the market with judgment. ML does not simply provide options; it selects what is most appropriate for that guest and explains why.
Care
Follow through discreetly, notice what changes, and make the stay feel beautifully looked after.
Remember
With the guest’s permission, keep the preferences that matter, so that returning guests feel recognized rather than starting again.
Luxury begins before arrival.
Before you land, Maria begins with what you share: your arrival, food and drink, celebrations, mobility needs, children, privacy, activities, and anything that can make the first hours feel effortless.
